BGIA
BGIA is an actively managed ETF seeking long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity securities of companies located in developed and emerging market countries. The fund ordinarily invests in securities from at least three countries outside the US and may invest in common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, depositary receipts, rights, warrants, and ETFs, across a range of market-caps. Using a bottom-up stock selection approach, portfolio managers identify companies with attractive long-term growth prospects without being constrained by the benchmark. The fund holds a diversified portfolio of 60 to 90 growth companies and may have significant exposure to a single country or a small number of countries, including China, with expected investment in China A shares. Securities are held for at least five years, resulting in low portfolio turnover. The Fund does not hedge currency exposure. ESG characteristics may also be considered as part of the investment process.
